I had the pleasure of being helped by Desiree Gomez on an issue that was not an easy fix. I was very appreciative of her hard work and guidance, but more than anything, I appreciated her communication with me. She kept me up to date continuously on what was happening on her end. She called when she said she would and she always returned all my calls in a timely manner. She was very knowledgeable and I was confident from day one she was taking care of everything needed, which was a big relief to me. Her customer service was exceptional! She was always patient when answering my many questions and her kindness and sincerity never wavered. Every one of the office staff, who I came into contact with at Stevens & Associates, all went above and beyond to be sure my experience was a great one. I have already recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so!
