I have been going to Steven's and Associates for 3 years and find them extremely client friendly. In particular an employee named Sarah who I believe works from home as well as in the office. She is ALWAYS willing to go the extra mile for a customer. She handles a problem or question and immediately researches it and follows through until it is resolved. I have never been let fown by her. In addition to being a hard worker she is always so pleasant and makes customer feel taken care of. Hope Steven's and Associates is never sold. You provide great customer service that frankly in today's business world is non existent.
