I was referred to them by my current Health Care Ins agent once he found out that I was turning 65 and needed to sign up for Medicare. Oh my gosh, Medicare is so convoluted and confusing! If it wasn't for Jordan and Shireen, and especially Shireen going through the application process with me on my computer via remote, explaining and answering any questions I had along the way, I would be trying to figure this all out for months! Not only that, but Shireen contacts me on critical dates that I need to be aware of. I'm going to be honest here, I've never had such great customer service from any company. This is a tough industry to navigate for Medicare members (as well as professionals in the industry). The consultant's service performance depends a great deal on how prepared the customer is to engage fully with the subject matter. Also, it's hard to say what expectations should be considered reasonable when everything depends on multiple service provider bureaucracy.

Bottom line: Stevens Assoc. is very experienced with Medicare, Insurance companies and doctor office communications. Stevens services are completely necessary if anyone is expecting even a modicum of success signing up properly, choosing appropriate coverages and managing claims.

I do not know where to start to write about Jordan, he is friendly, informative, helpful and prompt, on a five star rating I would give him a TEN!
