Step 1
Entering Medications
- Go to Medicare.gov. Click the "Find Plans Now"
- Enter your medications, strength, quantity,
and if brand name or generic. - Enter your preferred pharmacy.
Step 2
Reviewing Results
- Scan results (based on your medications)
- Review all plans that cover your medications
Step 3
Enrolling in Your
Selected Plan
- Enrolling in the selected Medicare Part D Plan
- Select your plan and push enroll

you can call 1-800-Medicare (1-800-633-4227)
and they can enroll you in a part D Plan
