I didn't know what to do about the new health care plans, but after watching the seminar, and then being able to go back to the video links to hear the instructions again, and then after following all the advice and checking out the plans, I emailed Sandy Stevens with a question about my choice; her quick email response, with clear information, allowed me to feel confident to sign up for a new plan that will be much less costly than staying with the plan I had in place.
