Our overall insurance coverage has been fine. Whenever we have a question we send a copy of a bill and get an immediate response and help from the team. Yesterday was incredible. Angelica assisted us in connecting with Medicare to resolve an issue opt out our part D application, which we tried to do on our own for many hours to no avail. She was kind, supportive, professional, and ever so helpful and hopeful. She resolved our problem.
