Jordan has been with Stevens & Associates for some time and has grown into one of our senior team members, despite being younger than Jason and Nazly! He started in Customer Service but quickly found his calling in Sales, where he’s impressed everyone with his professionalism, energy, and ability to make clients feel comfortable, heard and supported. Jordan, your hard work and dedication have truly paid off. Congratulations again and we’re excited to have you on the management team and can’t wait to see all we'll accomplish together!
Denise is one of our senior team members and has supported Sandy as her Executive Assistant for some time. We’re so excited that she has now transitioned into her new role as Key Accounts Manager (KAM) and she’s already doing an incredible job at it! Denise is excellent with clients, always making sure they fully understand their policies and answer their concerns with so much confidence. Her dedication, professionalism, and consistent follow-through have truly earned her this well deserved promotion. On top of that, Denise continues to share thoughtful feedback that helps us improve our processes across the board. Thank you, Denise, for everything you do for our team and our clients, and congratulations again!
From all of us at Stevens & Associates, happy birthday! We’re so grateful for the support you bring to the team and the consistent VIP service you provide to our clients. You always go the extra mile to make sure clients feel heard, informed, and confident in the process, and that kind of care truly sets the standard. On top of that, you’ve also been an awesome training peer for the CS team, always willing to share what you know and help others succeed. We appreciate your dedication, your patience, and the positive energy you bring. Wishing you a birthday filled with laughter, fun, and all the happiness you deserve today and always!
We’re excited to recognize an awesome achievement from Leo Brown, who has officially earned his Certified HTML Developer certification at the Advanced level! This certification reflects Leo’s continued hard work and commitment to learning new skills. You’ve likely seen his impact over the past few months through improvements to the staff portal such as the new Staff Directory, Knowledge Hub, and Stevens University. As we continue building and improving our systems, having this level of expertise on the team is a huge win. Please join us in congratulating Leo on this accomplishment!
Our new Knowledge Hub was recently released and is now available in your Staff Portal. It's your all-in-one resource for quickly finding how-to guides, terminology, and answers to common questions.
Don’t forget to complete the new Stevens University module to learn more about the Knowledge Hub, located in the “Portal Introduction” course.

In the last 60 days, we have seen a 142% increase in Google reviews.
Earlier this year, we set a goal to reach 100 reviews on Google. With only 48 reviews at the time, it seemed like a big challenge, but our team worked tirelessly to send emails through One Click and request reviews from clients.
In less than 2 months, we reached our goal thanks to the hard work, dedication, and teamwork of everyone across all departments.
Next goal: 200 reviews by the end of the year!
Jason, Hannah, and Rajat recently had the opportunity to travel to Florida to attend BlocBuilder.
BlocBuilder is an annual conference held by AgencyBloc where insurance professionals come together for networking, educational sessions, and to learn about upcoming changes to AgencyBloc.
Jason was a featured speaker and gave a talk about innovation and automation.
“BlocBuilder was so much fun, this was my first year going and it was awesome to hear all of the new and upcoming updates to the AgencyBloc platform. It was great to get to connect with other agents regarding automation. Whenever it came to automation and innovation talks with agents it always felt like we were a couple steps ahead, so that was great to hear.”
“BlocBuilder is always a great experience because the people at AgencyBloc want to hear what we have to say. Everyone there is so welcoming and genuinely wants to make their customers’ experience better. This year, you can tell they really listened to what people were asking for and showcased a few useful new features. I am even more excited to see where they will go!”
