We take a moment to honor our teammate, Luis Ramirez-De Nova, who passed away on June 7th, 2026.
Luis was a valued member of Stevens & Associates whose dedication, kindness, and willingness to help others made a lasting impact. He brought positivity and care to both his colleagues and the clients he served each day.
He will be deeply missed and always remembered. Our thoughts are with his family, friends, and all who knew him.
To honor his life and his memory here at our company, we have permanently retired his company user, SNA18. We will always remember you, Luis.

With a diverse professional background, Auguste brings a well-rounded perspective and aims to build strong, meaningful relationships with both clients and colleagues in any capacity.
Outside of work, Auguste enjoys creative writing, engaging in conversations about games of all kinds, and running several tabletop RPG campaigns for friends.
Administrative Assistant
Outside of work, Axel enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and exploring his passion for filmmaking.
His adaptability, professionalism, and positive attitude make him a valuable addition to Stevens & Associates.
Client Advocate
Briana was born and raised in Lompoc and is an alumna of both Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and UC Santa Barbara.
Outside of work, Briana enjoys spending time with her husband, watching movies, and reading.
Administrative Assistant
Outside of the office, Colton enjoys cooking, traveling, staying active at the gym, and spending time with friends and family.
He also has a passion for creative pursuits, including playing and developing video games, creating pixel art, and composing music.
Jordan has been elected to be the president of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP) for the Santa Barbara chapter. He has accepted and is currently the President elect. Congrats, Jordan!
Big shoutout to Josh Estrada for doing an incredible job jumping into CS and learning so quickly! He has adjusted seamlessly to the training, and we’re very proud of the support he has provided to both the agency and his team since day one. Thank you, Josh, and keep up your amazing work!
Huge congratulations to Leo for officially punching his ticket into United American’s $1 Million Dollar Club! This achievement reflects Leo’s dedication, work ethic, and incredible trust he has built with his clients.
Leo’s momentum this year has been unstoppable, landing him in the nation’s Top 15 for NAIP and Top 10 for total apps submitted year-to-date.
A big congratulations to Sarah on her promotion from Client Advocate to Customer Service Team Lead! In her new role, she will be assisting with team trainings, mentoring, and ensuring everyone delivers our signature VIP service.

The office will be closed to the public to allow us to run thorough group training sessions to ensure the whole team is adequately prepared to dive into the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), beginning October 15th.

Innovations Team is always open to any and all feedback. Thanks to many staff suggestions, we were able to identify areas to improve productivity. Over the last several months, Innovations Team has been working tirelessly to improve some of our most-used features.
We are moving away from our current document signing platform to one that is more suitable for our automation needs and will be easier for clients to navigate.
Thank you Ray, Sandy and Jason for your leadership, positivity, and everything you bring to the team. We appreciate you more than you know!

Jason and Jordan recently had the opportunity to attend the 2026 Medicarians Convention in Las Vegas. Jason found out that our client size puts us within the bracket of the top 1% of agencies that serve Medicare. What an incredible accomplishment!
He also talked to other agency owners who are stunned by how much we do for our clients.
